Billing questions
What counts as a domain?
Each domain you connect, such as yourcompany.com, is billed once a month. Every address and teammate on it is included in that price.
Can my agents use the Standard plan?
Agents that read and send through MCP or the REST API need Pro. An agent can also claim a free, receive-only address on agents.mailpipe.dev without any plan.
Can I switch sending providers later?
Yes. Switch between Resend, Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailgun and SendGrid in the dashboard without changing your addresses or routing rules.
Is my data secure?
Connections use TLS and data is encrypted at rest. Every table is protected by Postgres row-level security, API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes and provider credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
How do I cancel?
Remove the domain in the dashboard and it comes off your subscription.
