Everything you need to run mail on many domains.

Mailpipe is the inbox your team reads and the mail API your software calls, on the same domains.

Inbox

Read every domain from one place, on the web or on iPhone.

The Mailpipe web inbox in its All mailboxes view, with mail for four different domains in one list.
  • All mailboxes in one list

Each message carries a small domain label, so a dozen projects stay easy to tell apart.

  • Live updates

New mail appears without a refresh, and changes sync across every device you are signed in on.

  • Labels, stars and search

Organize with labels and stars, then find any message by sender, subject or text.

  • Calendar

Your calendar lives in the same app as your mail.

  • iPhone app

The full inbox on iOS with push alerts for new mail.

  • Forward to Gmail

Prefer to reply from Gmail? Forward any inbox there and keep your address.

Routing

Rules run on every message as it arrives. Match on the sender, recipient, subject or headers, then forward, label, store, call a webhook or discard. The first matching rule wins.

Plus addressing works out of the box, so you+receipts@ lands in your inbox ready to be sorted.

Teams

Bring people in without paying per seat.

  • Shared mailboxes

Give support@ or billing@ to a group and work it together.

  • Roles

Owners, admins and members each see what they should, with permissions per mailbox.

  • Activity logs

Follow API requests, mail processing and each teammate’s activity.

Your infrastructure

Use the defaults, or bring the pieces you already run.

  • Your sending provider

Send through Resend, Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailgun or SendGrid, and switch without code changes.

  • Your own database

Keep mail in Mailpipe’s managed Postgres, or connect a Supabase project you control.

  • Plain Postgres rows

In your own Supabase project, messages are standard rows you can query and export with pg_dump.

Security

Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest, and Postgres decides who can read each row.

  • TLS for every connection
  • Encrypted at rest
  • Row-level security on every table
  • API keys stored as SHA-256 hashes
  • Provider credentials encrypted with AES‑256‑GCM
  • Signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256)

Try it on your next domain.
